Acute and Long Term Care Management

• Served in senior management capacities at an award-winning regional healthcare provider; a large faith-based healthcare system and a small community health system.
• Managed construction, renovation, facility operations and planning for a 60-acre campus, including a 500-bed acute care hospital, four medical office buildings, and an education institute. 
• Managed four ambulatory care and imaging centers, a dialysis center, and a 140- bed skilled nursing facility.

Process Improvement

• Led a multi-year performance improvement initiative in multiple facilities of an academic medical center. Coordinated project teams re-designing 300 patient care processes in 20 different areas; supported implementation.
• Decreased waiting times/turn-around-times, speeding patient accessibility and throughput.
• Consolidated, reorganized and redirected multi-facility service delivery including pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and oncology services.
• Increased staff retention by eliminating barriers in the hiring process, accelerating hiring decisions, and improving communication and evaluation after hiring.
